Axis Max Life Insurance is seeking a dedicated and motivated Associate Agency Development Manager to join our agile team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping to build and manage a team of insurance agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring the development of a robust agency channel. Your primary focus will be to enhance the performance of agents through training, support, and motivation, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruit, train, and develop a team of insurance agents




- Set and achieve sales targets while providing ongoing support and motivation to agents
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, offering feedback and guidance to improve results
- Establish and maintain relationships with agents to foster a positive working environment
- Conduct regular training sessions on products, sales techniques, and industry updates
- Develop strategies to enhance agent productivity and drive sales growth
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies

Skills Required:

- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in sales or business development
- Ability to train and mentor others effectively
