Metaacare Interiors is a leading Furniture production & Interior fit-out company head quartered at Trivandrum, Kerala with operations based in multiple locations. We are seeking a capable candidate for the role of Interior Designer cum 2D draughtsman to manage the drawings / sketches/ site co-ordinations/ develop innovative concept designs / design presentations, mood boards, and material palettes.

He /she needs to lead a team, inspire creativity, present ideas with confidence and build healthy and friendly relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:-

Prepare detailed 2D interior design drawings and furniture layouts

Prepare Autocad working drawings with accurate dimensions and construction details

Prepare detailed drawings for furniture, bedroom furniture and other interior works

Prepare furniture cutting lists based on approved designs and working drawings

Site work co-ordination.





Meeting with clients regularly to understand their requirements, style and aspirations.

Develop creative and innovation design concepts.

Coordinate with production / project managers and installation teams.

Ensure that the designs are aligned with METAACARE INTERIORS standards.

Stay in tune with contemporary international design trends, materials, technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:-

Qualified knowledge about the interior / modular production area.

Experience in Autocad / Sketch up / 3D Max / etc. 4-5 years experience in the field is preferred.

Age preferably less than 40 years

The qualification needed is Diploma / Degree in design engineering

Knowledge of modular / interior/ all types of MDF, Plywood hardware materials needed.

He / she should have good communication skills in Malayalam / English / Hindi

Good organizational skills , strong risk management and problem solving, prioritize tasks
