About the Role

Artitians is looking for a Home Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise residential interior projects at client sites in Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day site execution, manpower and vendor coordination, quality control, material management, client coordination, and timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution of home interior projects as per approved drawings, BOQ and specifications.
- Coordinate carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, flooring teams and other vendors.
- Manage daily manpower allocation and site activities.
- Ensure execution is completed as per the planned project schedule.
- Check quality, dimensions, levels, finishing and workmanship.
- Coordinate modular installation, civil work and finishing activities.
- Monitor material delivery, consumption, storage and wastage at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager / Operations Team for resolution.
- Maintain daily site progress reports with photographs and work-status updates.
- Coordinate with designers, project managers, vendors and clients.
- Conduct regular quality checks and ensure snag-free execution.
- Prepare and close snag lists before project handover.
- Ensure site housekeeping, discipline and basic safety compliance.
- Support client visits, inspections and final handover.





Required Skills

- Strong practical knowledge of residential interior execution.
- Valuable understanding of modular furniture, carpentry, civil, electrical, plumbing, false ceiling, painting and flooring works.
- Ability to read and understand 2D drawings, layouts and BOQs.
- Strong manpower, vendor and contractor management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling ability.
- Good knowledge of site measurements and material requirements.
- Problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily reporting.
- Willingness to travel between project sites in Gurugram.

Qualification

Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. / Interior Design or relevant technical qualification preferred.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with 2–3 years of experience in residential home interiors, turnkey interiors or modular interior execution will be preferred.
