We are looking for a Security Infrastructure (L1) Engineer for our Lower Parel, Mumbai location. The candidate will be responsible for first-level security monitoring, endpoint protection, access management, incident handling, and coordination with L2/security teams for security-related issues.

Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Diploma / Graduate in IT, Computer Engineering, or Cyber Security; Security-related certification preferred

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor security infrastructure and security tools such as Zscaler, CyberArk, Harmony EDR, eScan Antivirus, and Cloudflare.
- Perform security monitoring and identify alerts or potential security incidents.
- Monitor servers and endpoints for security and availability-related issues.
- Provide L1 support for endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
- Perform basic log monitoring and analysis to identify unusual activities.




- Manage user access and support access-related security requests.
- Provide basic troubleshooting support for firewall and VPN issues.
- Handle security incidents, tickets, and service requests through the ITSM system.
- Monitor and support vulnerability and patch management activities.
- Escalate security incidents and complex issues to the L2/Security team as per defined procedures.
- Coordinate with internal IT/security teams and vendors for incident resolution.
- Maintain security incident records, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure SLA adherence and timely escalation of security alerts and incidents.
- Follow organizational security policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
