Healthcare / Wellness / Aesthetic Clinics such as:

* Skin & Hair Clinics

* SPA / Wellness Centers

* VLCC, Kaya Skin Clinic, Oliva Skin Clinic

* Richfeel, Health Total, or similar healthcare brands

### **Key Responsibilities**

* Welcome patients and ensure a warm, professional clinic experience

* Drive **patient conversion and retention** through effective counseling

* Understand patient needs and recommend suitable treatment plans

* Create a positive and personalized customer experience

* Build long-term relationships with patients through follow-ups

* Maintain regular communication via calls, messages, and in-clinic interactions





* Coordinate with doctors and internal teams for smooth operations

* Provide post-treatment support and resolve patient concerns

* Support loyalty programs and encourage repeat visits

* Maintain basic records and follow CRM processes

### **Skills Required**

* Strong communication and counseling skills

* Sales-oriented mindset with patient-first approach

* Experience in healthcare, wellness, or clinic sales

* Ability to handle walk-in patients and achieve targets

* Professional attitude and customer-handling skills

### **Experience**

* Minimum **4 years of relevant experience** preferred
