- Handle daily hub/warehouse operations.
- Receive, scan, sort and segregate incoming/outgoing shipments.
- Coordinate loading, unloading and dispatch of parcels.
- Track pending, delayed, undelivered and exception shipments.
- Update shipment status in the system and maintain operational records.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders, Delivery Executives and warehouse staff.
- Support manpower allocation and monitor attendance/productivity.
- Resolve ground-level operational issues and escalate major issues to the supervisor.
- Follow Delhivery's safety, security and operational SOPs.
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the hub.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
