Job Title: Personal Banker

Job Role: 50% Operations | 50% Sales

Key Responsibilities:

Operations (50%)

- Handle day-to-day branch operations and provide excellent customer service.
- Process account opening, KYC verification, and documentation.
- Assist customers with account servicing, fund transfers, cheque-related requests, and other banking transactions.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and bank policies.
- Resolve customer queries and maintain accurate records.

Sales (50%)

- Acquire new customers for Savings, Current, and Salary Accounts.
- Cross-sell banking products such as Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Mutual Funds, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial products.
- Achieve monthly sales and cross-selling targets.





Required Skills:

- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Sales and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of banking operations and retail banking products.
- Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven workplace.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Experience:

- 0–2 years of experience in Retail Banking, Branch Operations, or Sales. Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per month
