Service Robot Co. is a US robotics integrator that sells, finances, deploys and supports commercial robots for businesses across the United States. You will open conversations with US companies and book meetings for our founders.

Hours

Monday to Friday, 12 PM to 5 PM US Central, plus flexible hours on Saturday.

In India: 10:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST, changing to 11:30 PM to 4:30 AM IST from November 1.

Pay and incentives

- INR 12,000 per month fixed, reviewed every six months based on performance.
- INR 1,000 for every qualified meeting you book.
- INR 3,000 to every team member for each robot sold.
- Extra bonuses for new campaigns and industry association introductions.

What you will do

- Send short, personal emails to US facility and operations managers on your assigned campaign list.
- Call them from US numbers using JustCall, reach decision-makers, capture site details, and book meetings with our founders.
- Log every call in Attio with the outcome, notes, and follow-up date.




- Post your daily numbers on Slack.

What we are looking for

- Clear, confident spoken English that US business owners can easily understand over the phone.
- Comfort with cold calling and hearing "no" many times a day.
- A laptop, headset, stable internet, and a quiet space for calls.
- Sales, customer support, or international voice process experience is a plus. Freshers with solid English are welcome.

Tools and training

You will use Attio, Apollo, JustCall, Slack, and Gmail. Full training is provided.
