About the Role

We’re looking for a GTM Manager to help build and scale the growth engine for our D2C wellness brand.

You’ll own the go-to-market strategy across customer acquisition, content, campaigns, conversion, and retention — from identifying the right audience to turning them into paying customers.

What You’ll Do

Define our target audience, segments, and customer personas

Build and execute GTM and growth strategies

Identify and test acquisition channels — organic, paid, influencers, communities, partnerships, etc.

Work closely with the content team on campaigns, social content, and brand messaging

Improve website/product-page conversion and customer journey

Track CAC, conversion rate, repeat purchases, retention, and revenue

Run growth experiments and double down on what works

Understand customer behaviour, feedback, and purchase drivers

Work with founders and the team to build a repeatable D2C growth engine

What We’re Looking For





3+ years in D2C, growth, GTM, e-commerce, consumer marketing, or brand growth

Experience with wellness, beauty, health, nutrition, FMCG, or consumer products is a plus

Solid understanding of customer acquisition and conversion

Hands-on experience with social media, influencers, performance marketing, and/or e-commerce

Comfortable working with data and making decisions based on results

Strong execution mindset and ability to work independently

Someone who builds, tests, learns, and moves fast
