Performance Marketing & Growth Manager

Own growth and brand for our product — not just performance metrics. We need someone who can run high-performing paid campaigns and make sure that growth builds a real brand, not just short-term clicks.

What You'll Do

• Run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok — full funnel, awareness to retention

• Optimize against ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, LTV; kill underperformers fast, scale what works

• Own budget allocation across channels and hit hard growth targets

• Shape brand positioning, voice, and creative consistency across every channel

• Partner with product on growth loops, retention, and lifetime value

• Brief creative teams with data-backed insights; report performance to leadership

What You Need

• 3–5 years in performance marketing, growth marketing, or a hybrid growth + brand role





• Hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads (non-negotiable)

• Startup, D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brand background preferred

• Data-driven mindset — comfortable owning a budget and being accountable for targets

• Genuine interest in brand-building, not just performance metrics

Nice to Have

• Experience across multiple international markets

• Experience building a brand from 0→1, not just scaling an established one

• Basic design or copywriting sensibility
