We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Lead / Manager to join our team. This role involves leading a small engineering squad while driving architectural decisions and delivering high-quality software solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of 4–5 engineers while remaining hands-on with architecture and development

- Design scalable Python/Go microservices, React applications, REST APIs and PostgreSQL solutions

- Drive AWS deployment, Docker, CI/CD, Kafka and real-time IoT integrations

- Ensure security, high availability, observability and performance

- Own complex production troubleshooting and technical decision-making

- Conduct code reviews and drive delivery

- Manage technical documentation and collaborate with Product, DevOps, Embedded and Engineering teams

Required qualifications

- B.Tech/B.E. or M.Tech/M.E.

- 10–15 years of relevant experience

- Proficiency in Python, Golang, React and AWS

- Experience in leading engineering teams and mentoring developers

- Solid knowledge of microservices architecture, REST APIs and PostgreSQL
