Job Description – Freshers Trainee (Online Valve Testing)

Job Summary

Power Tech Group is hiring fresher graduate trainees for Online Valve Testing in Power Plants. This is a field-based technical role where candidates will be trained to perform testing and maintenance support for industrial valves while plants are in operation.

Eligibility Criteria

- Freshers (BE / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
- Willing to work at power plant sites
- Physically fit for field work
- Ready to travel across locations

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in online valve testing and diagnostics in power plants
- Support senior technicians during valve performance testing
- Handle testing instruments and equipment
- Prepare basic reports and documentation
- Follow safety procedures and site protocols
- Coordinate with plant engineers during testing activities

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of valves, pressure systems, or power plants (preferred)
- Solid willingness to learn technical fieldwork




- Good discipline and teamwork
- Basic MS Office knowledge

Training & Growth

- Hands-on training in valve testing technologies
- Exposure to thermal / gas power plant operations
- Career growth into Valve Service Engineer / Specialist roles

Salary

- Fresher level – Industry standard + Accommodation
- While site visiting, accommodation, food, and travel allowance are provided by the company.

- Direct Walk-in Interview (Single Round)

- Online Interview (2 Rounds)
