Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their immigration journey
Manage end-to-end client communication with clarity, accuracy, and professionalism
Guide clients on documentation requirements, timelines, and process expectations
Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM systems
Handle client concerns and escalations with a solution-oriented and qualified approach
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality at all stages.

Required Experience & Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a client-first mindset
