We are looking for a friendly, confident and sales-oriented Front Office Executive / Telecaller to join a reputed Skin & Hair Clinic in OMR, Chennai.

The role involves managing front-office activities, handling patient enquiries, making follow-up calls, converting leads into appointments and ensuring a positive patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day front office operations, including patient reception, appointments and enquiries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and leads, understand their requirements and convert enquiries into appointments and treatments.
- Follow up with leads and existing clients regularly to improve appointment and treatment conversions.
- Maintain accurate and updated client/patient records and lead databases.
- Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups and communication with doctors and the clinic team.
- Support the clinic's sales and business development activities.




- Collect patient feedback and communicate it to the management to improve patient experience and services.
- Handle day-to-day administrative activities and ensure smooth front-office operations.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming and patient-friendly environment.
- Work closely with doctors and the clinic team as a valuable team player.
- Contribute towards achieving monthly sales and conversion targets.

Candidate Profile

- Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Tamil.
- Prior experience in telecalling, front office, customer service or sales will be preferred.
- Experience in a Skin, Hair, Dermatology, Aesthetic or Healthcare Clinic will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing, follow-up and lead conversion skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone and handling enquiries.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain records.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
