Assistant Manager – Supply Chain | Two-Wheeler Auto Spare Parts

Location: Panki, Kanpur

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience: 3–6 Years

Qualification: Graduate

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the supply-chain team and daily operations.

Manage inventory, stock planning and replenishment.

Coordinate with vendors for purchase orders and timely deliveries.

Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, excess and shortage stock.

Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, sales and logistics teams.

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports.

Allocate work, monitor team performance and ensure timely completion.

Train and support team members to improve productivity.

Mandatory Skills

Strong MS Excel skills – Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, IF & MIS.

Team leadership , team handling and people management.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Valuable vendor coordination and follow-up skills.

Two-wheeler auto spare parts experience preferred.

ERP/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
