Academic Excellence Lead is responsible for ensuring the quality of curriculum delivery, assigning batches to mentors, conducting webinars and workshops, and maintaining high student satisfaction through structured academic and co-curricular activities. | Responsibility Deliverables

1. Ensure curriculum and co-curriculum quality across all clusters.

2. Assign batches and monitor mentor performance and delivery quality.

3. Plan and execute student-focused webinars and workshops.

4. Maintain and improve student happiness and satisfaction rate.

Tasks & Activities Curriculum & Co-Curriculum Quality

- Review and refine curriculum periodically to align with industry needs.
- Define academic calendars, delivery timelines, and evaluation guidelines.
- Audit mentor class delivery through recordings, reviews, or direct observation.
- Conduct regular syllabus coverage checks and content depth evaluations.
- Mentor Assignment & Monitoring Allocate new batches to mentors based on subject expertise and availability.




- Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for current mentors.
- Maintain mentor performance logs based on feedback and academic outcomes.
- Guide mentors on curriculum delivery, evaluation, and student engagement techniques.
- Webinars and Workshops Plan monthly technical and soft skill webinars for student enrichment.
- Organize tool-based or project-based workshops to supplement learning.
- Handle logistics, speaker coordination, promotions, and feedback analysis.
- Student Happiness Conduct monthly student satisfaction surveys and feedback collection.
- Maintain issue-resolution tracker for academic complaints or queries.
- Initiate interactive sessions like Q&A; hours, student showcases, etc.
- Recognize student achievements through internal events or social posts.
