We are looking for a skilled VMC Programmer & Operator to program, set up, and operate Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce precision components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The candidate should be hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Key Responsibilities
- Program VMC machines using G-code / M-code
- Develop CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / NX / SolidCAM, etc.)
- Set up tools, fixtures, and workpieces on VMC machines
- Operate VMC machines to manufacture precision components
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T;
- Perform tool offset setting, job prove-out, and cycle optimization
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments (vernier, micrometer, bore gauge, CMM, etc.)
- Maintain machine condition and follow preventive maintenance schedules
- Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and production standards
- Reduce cycle time and improve productivity
- Coordinate with production, quality, and design teams

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
