About the Role

We're looking for a bright, driven fresher to join as a CRM Executive — a role that's as much about aptitude and attitude as it is about prior experience. No CRM background is required; we'll train you on our systems and processes from scratch. What matters is that you're sharp, organized, comfortable with spreadsheets, and genuinely eager to grow. This role is designed as an entry point into Business Development within the agency — robust performers move forward into BD as they build a solid foundation in CRM.

What You'll Do

- Maintain and update records accurately across Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems
- Perform day-to-day data entry with speed and accuracy
- Organize and track information across multiple sheets/trackers
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep data current and consistent
- Flag discrepancies or gaps in data proactively




- Learn the agency's CRM and BD processes hands-on, with growth into a Business Development role as you progress

What We're Looking For

- Fresher — no prior CRM or industry experience required
- Good aptitude and intelligence — quick to grasp new systems, tools, and processes
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Basic understanding of data entry
- Genuine zeal to learn and grow within a marketing agency environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills

Good to Have

- Any prior exposure to CRM tools — not required, full training provided
- Interest in eventually moving into a Business Development / client-facing role

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
