JOB SUMMARY

Catalyst Education is hiring an energetic and target-oriented Telecaller for our Calicut team.

The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students, understanding their educational requirements, providing basic course information, generating interest, scheduling counselling sessions, and maintaining regular follow-ups to support admissions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and leads.
- Explain Catalyst Education courses, programs, and career opportunities.
- Understand student requirements and generate interest in relevant programs.
- Schedule counselling appointments and branch visits.
- Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.
- Ensure timely follow-up of new and existing leads.
- Coordinate with Academic Counsellors and Sales Teams.
- Handle basic queries and objections professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-engagement targets.




- Maintain high-quality communication with students and parents.
- Submit regular calling and follow-up reports.

REQUIREMENTS

- Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Experience in Telecalling, EdTech, Education Sales, Inside Sales, or Customer Engagement is an advantage.
- Excellent Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills preferred.
- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.
- Strong follow-up and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
