Social Media & Content Intern

Crucible Studio is a boutique branding and marketing consultancy working across social media, branding, content, influencer marketing, performance marketing, and web development.

We're looking for a creative, proactive Social Media & Content Intern who wants hands-on experience creating content for both Crucible and our clients.

What You'll Do

- Ideate and create Reels for Crucible's Instagram from concepts and scripting to shooting, editing, and publishing.
- Research trends, hooks, formats, sounds, and content ideas.
- Create Canva posts, carousels, and stories for Crucible and client accounts.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos using a phone/camera and tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, etc.
- Participate in in office video shoots, photoshoots, and client content shoots.
- Research influencers and manage influencer outreach, collaborations, deliverables, and follow-ups.
- Assist with social media planning, content calendars, and performance tracking.

Who We're Looking For

- Highly active on Instagram and genuinely understands social media trends.
- Creative and able to come up with ideas independently.
- Comfortable with Canva and basic Reel/video editing.
- Has an eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable shooting videos and working on-site.




- Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with creators/influencers.
- Proactive, organized, reliable, and willing to take ownership.
- Interested in marketing, branding, content, and social media.

Prior experience isn't mandatory. Personal projects, college work, Instagram pages, Reels, or design work are all welcome.

Important: On-Site Requirement

This is not a fully remote internship. You must be available in Delhi for scheduled video shoots, photoshoots, client shoots, and other content-production activities. Day-to-day work may have flexibility depending on the project.
