Ten 11 Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sr. Purchase Manager to join our Head Office in Gurgaon.

Position: Sr. Purchase Manager
Location: Gurgaon – Head Office
Department: Purchase / Procurement
Experience: 7+ Years
Industry: Hospitality / Hotels / Restaurants

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end procurement activities for the organization.
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, hotel supplies, equipment, and other operational requirements.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure consistent quality and service.
- Monitor purchase costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and approval processes.
- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, Stores, and other departments for purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper purchase records, comparative statements, quotations, and vendor documentation.
- Track market trends and ensure competitive pricing.




- Lead and guide the purchase team to achieve operational and financial objectives.

Ideal Candidate

Strong experience in Hospitality / Hotel / Restaurant Procurement
Excellent negotiation and vendor-management skills
Valuable knowledge of procurement processes and market rates
Strong analytical and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple locations and requirements
Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement systems
Strong understanding of cost control and inventory coordination
