About the Role

We are looking for a Field Relationship Executive with good knowledge of hospital operations, healthcare processes, and hospital networks.

The candidate will be responsible for accompanying our clients to hospitals, coordinating with hospital staff, and ensuring that clients receive a smooth, comfortable, and well-managed experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Escort and accompany clients during their hospital visits.
- Coordinate with hospital reception, doctors, nursing staff, billing, diagnostics, and other departments.
- Ensure clients are properly guided and assisted throughout their hospital visit.
- Coordinate appointments, registrations, consultations, diagnostics, admissions, and discharge processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff and key stakeholders.
- Use existing hospital contacts and networks to ensure smooth coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during hospital visits.
- Handle client queries and resolve coordination-related issues promptly.
- Follow up with hospitals regarding appointments, reports, procedures, admissions, and other requirements.
- Ensure clients are treated professionally, respectfully, and with proper care.
- Provide regular updates to the internal team regarding client visits and hospital coordination.
- Maintain records of hospital visits, client interactions, appointments, and follow-ups.
- Travel regularly to hospitals and other healthcare facilities as required.

Requirements





- 2–5 years of experience in hospital relations, patient coordination, healthcare operations, hospital marketing, healthcare sales, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of hospital processes and workflows.
- Positive network and relationships with hospitals and hospital staff.
- Good command of English and Hindi, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- Qualified, polite, and service-oriented approach.
- Ability to handle clients and their families with patience and empathy.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Comfortable working in an in-person, field-based role.
- Willingness to travel to different hospitals across Mumbai.
