Key Responsibilities

- Testing: Perform routine microbiological testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products.
- Assays: Conduct sterility testing, microbial limit tests (MLT), bio-burden analysis, bacterial endotoxin testing (BET), and growth promotion tests (GPT).
- Environmental Monitoring: Execute air sampling, surface monitoring, and personnel monitoring within cleanrooms and sterile manufacturing areas.
- Water Testing: Collect and analyze water samples (Purified Water, WFI) for microbial contamination.
- Culture & Media: Prepare culture media, reagents, and maintain microbial cultures as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all testing adheres strictly to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and safety guidelines.
- Documentation: Record accurate test data, maintain laboratory logs, and prepare comprehensive reports of analysis results.
- Equipment Maintenance: Operate, clean, and calibrate lab instruments such as autoclaves, incubators, and laminar air flow units.

Pay: ₹9,575.14 - ₹30,000.00 per hour
