The role involves coordinating with customers and internal teams, verifying order details, tracking order status and ensuring timely fulfillment of orders.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for receiving and processing online customer orders
- Verifying order details and requirements
- Coordinating with the concerned teams for timely fulfillment
- Updating order status
- Ensuring accurate and smooth order delivery from initiation to completion.
Qualifications:
- Any Graduate with valuable communication
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office/Excel.
Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
