Key Responsibilities:
Rural market mein recent merchant onboarding karna.
Existing merchants ke saath relationship maintain karna.
Market visits aur beat-wise planning ke according daily working karna.
PhonePe QR, Smart Speaker & other products ka deployment aur activation karna.
Merchant ko loan & other financial services ke baare mein educate karna.
Merchant issues ko identify karke timely resolution provide karna.
Daily sales, onboarding, deployment aur productivity targets achieve karna.
Market mein new business opportunities identify karna.
Daily work ka reporting & follow-up maintain karna.
Qualifications
Marketing, Rural Management, or a related field is preferred.
