Job Description

We are looking for a Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day financial and business operations. The role involves handling financial processes, maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting activities, and coordinating with internal teams.

The ideal candidate should have positive analytical, numerical and communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in finance and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day finance and operational processes.
- Maintain and update financial and operational records.
- Assist with data validation, reconciliation and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
- Review data for accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for process-related requirements.
- Support invoice/payment-related documentation and processing, where applicable.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational activities.
- Follow defined processes,



quality standards and compliance requirements.
- Provide support for MIS and business reporting activities.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in B.Com, BBA, BA or equivalent discipline.
- 0 5 years of relevant experience; freshers can also be considered.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and data handling.
- Strong numerical and analytical ability.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
