Position Summary

Predactica is seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Lead to manage an India-based team delivering AI, generative AI, data, analytics, and automation solutions for a global life-sciences client.

This is not a traditional project coordinator role. The person must combine delivery ownership, AI and data technical knowledge, life-sciences domain experience, and strong client communication. You will translate business priorities into realistic plans, ensure commitments are met, identify risks early, and present solutions to business and R&D; stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Own delivery plans, estimates, milestones, dependencies, and commitments.
- Translate AI and analytics use cases into clear technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Coordinate engineers and technical leads across AI, data, analytics, and automation workstreams.
- Review proposed technical approaches and challenge unrealistic estimates.
- Track execution and resolve risks before they affect delivery.
- Ensure appropriate testing, documentation, security, and production readiness.
- Prepare and lead AI solution demonstrations for business and R&D; stakeholders.
- Explain solution value, workflow impact, limitations, model behavior, and human oversight in clear business language.
- Provide concise updates on progress, risks, and decisions required.
- Reduce the client manager's involvement in day-to-day team coordination.

Required Qualifications

- 8+ years delivering enterprise software, data, analytics, or AI solutions.




- 3+ years leading distributed technical delivery teams.
- Hands-on or delivery leadership experience with machine learning, generative AI, LLM-based applications, or intelligent automation.
- Understanding of AI solution development, evaluation, testing, deployment, monitoring, and responsible use.
- Experience with Python, SQL, data engineering, APIs, cloud platforms, and analytics or visualization tools.
- Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure.
- Experience in pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, clinical research, or another regulated industry.
- Understanding of life-sciences R&D; processes, stakeholders, or data environments.
- Ability to validate technical plans, estimates, dependencies, and risks.
- Experience presenting technical demonstrations to business stakeholders.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability for regular meetings with US-based stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions in pharmaceutical or biotechnology R&D.;
- Familiarity with AI governance, data privacy, validation, auditability, security, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and Jira or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, Scrum, or Agile certification is helpful but not required.
