We are a growing U.S.-based hotel management company managing and operating hotel properties across the United States. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hotel Data Associate (USA Hotel) to support hotel operations through accurate data management, financial reconciliation, revenue analysis, and performance monitoring. This role will work with hotel reports, financial records, OTA platforms, operational data, and property teams to identify discrepancies, track performance, and provide management with clear and timely information.

Key Responsibilities

- Review daily Night Audit and Hotel Operations Reports and reconcile information with master spreadsheets.
- Audit hotel bank accounts and credit card merchant accounts and maintain accurate cash-flow and transaction records.
- Monitor OTA and franchise portals such as G6, OYO, and Wyndham, including no-show reports, guest reviews, and relevant communications.
- Analyze competitor pricing and room rates across OTA channels and support revenue pacing and rate optimization.
- Review arrival reports and vacant-ready inventory to support effective room allocation.
- Conduct weekly revenue and expense analysis and track performance against established goals.
- Complete monthly expense reviews, including property bills and payroll, and identify unusual costs or variances.
- Follow up with Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance teams on outstanding operational tasks and reported issues.
- Monitor and analyze Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Maintenance performance, including productivity, time, and cost per task/room.
- Review security camera logs and document operational anomalies or concerns.
- Track property supply requirements for Housekeeping, Maintenance, Front Desk, and Office operations.
- Review regular equipment maintenance, including HVAC, water heaters,



washers/dryers, and other major equipment.
- Monitor laundromat equipment, coin collection, repair, and maintenance records.
- Monitor guest feedback, check-in/check-out communication, and online reviews and ensure professional responses where required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly hotel performance reports highlighting key findings, discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring management attention.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Accounting, Finance, Commerce, Hospitality, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong Excel and data-analysis skills.
- Good understanding of financial reconciliation, expenses, revenue, and operational reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies and trends.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties or data sources.
- Comfortable working with online portals, spreadsheets, and hotel management systems.

Preferred
- Experience in hotel operations, hotel accounting, revenue management, or hospitality.
- Familiarity with OTA platforms, hotel PMS, franchise portals, and hotel KPIs such as Occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Experience with Excel PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and reporting.
