About the role

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Project Manager to work closely with our client and engineering teams to take the project from requirements through launch.

You will own requirements, client communication, project coordination, acceptance, and delivery. You will work closely with the AI Engineer and development team to turn business requirements into working product features and ensure the project stays aligned with the client's needs.

What you will do

• Work directly with the client to understand requirements, clarify open questions, and translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications.

• Analyze survey questionnaires and document branching, skip logic, quotas, validation rules, eligibility criteria, and other business rules that affect how a survey should be conducted.

• Translate each survey into clear call-flow, functional, and data specifications for the AI and engineering teams.

• Define acceptance criteria for surveys and product features and lead user acceptance testing with the client.

• Own requirements for the human-agent console, supervisor interface, script studio, dashboards, reports, and data exports.

• Write user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and other documentation required for delivery.

• Own project planning, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and day-to-day delivery coordination.





• Coordinate closely with the AI Engineer and development team across requirements, implementation, testing, deployment, and release.

• Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and drive issues to resolution.

• Manage changes to requirements and scope and communicate their impact on timelines and delivery.

• Coordinate the feedback and tuning cycle for each new survey or city, including gathering client feedback, triaging issues, and verifying fixes.

• Lead UAT, client reviews, and acceptance activities and ensure deliverables are ready for sign-off.

• Review data collected by the voice agent against interviewer-collected data, identify discrepancies, and work with the team to investigate data-quality issues.

• Act as the day-to-day point of contact for the client's survey and project stakeholders.

• Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, risks, assumptions, processes, and known limitations.

• Provide clear project status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, Project Manager, or in a similar client-facing software delivery role.





• Proven experience translating complex business rules, workflows, branching logic, validation rules, and eligibility criteria into detailed specifications that engineering teams can implement.

• Experience managing software projects from requirements through development, testing, and release.

• Experience planning and leading UAT and managing client acceptance and sign-off.

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines.

• Comfortable working with data and using SQL, Excel, or similar tools to validate outputs and investigate discrepancies.

• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with experience producing detailed specifications and communicating directly with clients.

• Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining attention to detail.

• Experience managing projects in project management tools like Github Enterprise.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in survey research, market research, or CATI operations.

• Experience with contact-center, IVR, voice, or conversational AI products.

• Experience with survey platforms such as Qualtrics, Voxco, or Confirmit.

• Experience working with US-based clients or on projects involving US operations.

• Experience working on products that involve complex workflows, real-time operations, or multiple user roles.
