Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Intern role based in Bengaluru. The intern will support the business development team in identifying potential clients, researching markets and industries, and assisting in lead generation activities. Day-to-day tasks include gathering and analyzing data on prospects, preparing presentations and reports, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or tracking tools. The role also involves participating in calls or meetings, supporting follow-ups with prospective and existing clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve outreach strategies.



The intern will gain hands-on experience in business development processes while working closely with mentors and team members.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data for business insights.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication.
- Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with a focus on identifying and qualifying prospective clients.
- Candidates should possess Market Research skills to study industries, competitors, and customer needs.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support positive interactions with clients and partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and general digital tools is beneficial.
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are preferred.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is advantageous.
- Interest in business development, sales, or consulting and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
