We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who can develop visually engaging designs across digital, social media, branding, and print platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of design fundamentals, excellent visual storytelling skills, and the ability to simplify complex financial information into clear and engaging visuals.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging social media creatives, LinkedIn posts, web banners, and financial infographics.
- Develop and maintain brand identity, including logos, visual guidelines, and consistent brand communication.
- Design brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, and other print materials.
- Convert complex financial data and concepts into easy-to-understand visual content.
- Apply strong principles of colour theory, typography, composition, layout, hierarchy, and spacing.
- Handle image editing, vector graphics, file formats, resolutions, and print/digital exports.
- Develop creative concepts and visual stories aligned with business and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, incorporate feedback,



and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for creative ideation, image concepts, content refinement, and improving design workflows.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Robust understanding of graphic design and branding principles.
- Experience in both digital and print design.
- Strong data visualization and infographic design skills.
- Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and ability to handle feedback constructively.
- Strong time management and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted design and creative tools.

A creative professional with a strong design portfolio, an eye for visual consistency, and the ability to translate business and financial concepts into compelling visual communication.
