Position: Production Supervisor for Fabrication

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day fabrication production activities.

• Plan and monitor production schedules to achieve targets.

• Manage and guide fabrication workers and ensure proper manpower utilization.

• Monitor fabrication processes including cutting, welding, fitting and assembly.

• Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Design and Maintenance teams.

• Ensure adherence to safety procedures and workplace standards.

• Identify production issues and take appropriate corrective actions.





• Maintain production records, reports and documentation.

Qualification

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

• Relevant experience in fabrication/manufacturing operations preferred.

Experience

• 3–8 years of relevant experience in fabrication production supervision.

• Experience in fabrication, welding, fitting and assembly operations will be an advantage.

• Candidates with experience in industrial fabrication/manufacturing environments are preferred.
