We are looking for a Telesales Executive – Business Loan to drive business loan sales through existing and new DSA/Channel Partner networks. The ideal candidate should have solid communication and relationship-building skills, along with a willingness to make regular market visits and achieve monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

· Meet and maintain regular relationships with existing DSA/Channel Partners.

· Generate Business Loan leads and business through the DSA network.

· Identify and onboard new DSA/Channel Partners to expand the business network.

· Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and other business stakeholders.

· Follow up on leads and coordinate with relevant teams to support the loan processing journey.

· Work towards achieving monthly sales/business targets.





· Monitor market activities and identify opportunities to increase business loan volumes.

· Maintain regular communication with partners and provide necessary support to strengthen business relationships.

Candidate Requirements:

· Graduate preferred.

· Prior experience in BFSI, NBFC, Business Loans, Financial Services, or B2B Sales will be preferred.

· Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong relationship-building and networking abilities.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

· Willingness to travel and conduct field visits as required.

· Ability to develop and maintain relationships with DSAs and Channel Partners.

· Candidates with experience in loan sales/channel sales/DSA management will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
