About the role

We are building a specialist team for a telecom transformation engagement. As Enterprise / Telecom Architect you will own the end to end architecture across network, OSS/BSS and enterprise systems, setting the target state and making sure each design decision holds up commercially and technically.

Key responsibilities

● Define and own the end to end target architecture across network, OSS/BSS and enterprise application layers.

● Translate business and regulatory requirements into architecture principles, standards and roadmaps.

● Lead solution design and architecture governance, including design authority reviews and technical sign off.

● Assess vendor products and proposals,



and support selection and negotiation with technical evaluation.

● Define integration patterns and data flows across telecom platforms and enterprise systems.

● Work with delivery teams to make sure builds stay aligned to the agreed architecture.

● Advise senior client stakeholders on architecture options, trade offs, cost and risk.

What you'll bring

Essential

The must haves. If a candidate doesn't have these, they won't be shortlisted.

● 12+ years in IT architecture, with significant time in telecom or communications service providers.

● Deep understanding of telecom architecture across network, OSS and BSS domains.

● Experience with industry frameworks such as TM Forum eTOM, SID and Open Digital Architecture.

● Proven experience defining target operating architectures and multi year technology roadmaps.

● Strong vendor evaluation and architecture governance experience.

● Excellent client facing communication skills at senior stakeholder level.

● Based in India or the Middle East, with the right to work there.

Desirable

● TOGAF or equivalent architecture certification.

● Experience with 5G core, network slicing or digital BSS transformation.

● Consulting or advisory background with a major systems integrator.
