Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and agile Pre-School Head to manage day-to-day school operations, admissions, parent engagement, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily pre-school operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive admissions, lead generation, parent counselling, and conversions.
- Handle parent enquiries, follow-ups, and campus visits.
- Manage and motivate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Monitor student enrolment, attendance, and school records.
- Build strong relationships with parents and address concerns effectively.
- Coordinate school activities, events, and promotional initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with school policies,



safety, and quality standards.
- Prepare operational and admission reports for management.

Eligibility:

- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; education background preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in pre-school operations, admissions, school coordination, or a similar leadership role.
- Strong communication, leadership, parent-handling, and admission conversion skills.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve enrolment targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
