As part of our growing technology team, we are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who can contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our web applications and internal systems.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 1–3 years of experience and strong hands-on experience in PHP and Laravel.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of both front-end and back-end development and be comfortable working with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, and AJAX.

The candidate should be able to write clean, scalable, reusable, and production-ready code while working effectively with the development team.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using Core PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
- Build efficient, scalable, testable, and reusable PHP/Laravel modules.
- Integrate user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic.
- Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications based on business requirements.
- Develop enterprise applications using PHP, Laravel, and MySQL.
- Create and maintain database schemas that effectively support business processes.
- Develop and integrate APIs and third-party services.
- Work on CRM development and API integrations.
- Identify and resolve complex performance issues and architectural challenges.
- Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and production-grade code.




- Debug applications and ensure the delivery of high-quality, bug-free solutions.
- Follow MVC architecture and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles.
- Work with Git/GitHub/Bitbucket for source code management and version control.
- Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver projects within timelines.
- Assist team members in resolving technical and development-related issues.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting as required.
- Maintain and improve existing applications and features.
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects.

Required Candidate Profile

- 1–3 years of relevant experience in Full Stack / Web Development.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with Laravel is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of MVC design patterns.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented PHP programming.
- Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript, jQuery, and AJAX.




- Good understanding of MySQL and SQL queries.
- Experience in creating database schemas that represent and support business processes.
- Knowledge of API development and third-party API integration.
- Experience with CRM systems and integrations will be an advantage.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.
- Good command of Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, scalable, and production-ready code.
- Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.

Qualification

- B.Tech / B.E. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related specialization
- BCA
- MCA
- Any equivalent technical qualification
