We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Holiday Consultant to join our team. Candidates with a passion for travel and sales are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell domestic and international travel packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and package details.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Assist customers with travel requirements and documentation.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and travel partners.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in travel/tourism.
- Good knowledge of international tourism services.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Robust sales, negotiation,



and closing skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and detail-focused.
