Job Description – Water Plant Supervisor

Position: Water Plant Supervisor

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹19,000 per month

Location: THODUPUZHA

Job Responsibilities:

* Supervise the day-to-day operations of the water treatment/packaging plant.

* Monitor water purification, filtration, and processing activities.

* Ensure proper functioning of plant machinery and equipment.

* Manage and guide plant workers and allocate daily duties.

* Maintain quality and hygiene standards as per company requirements.

* Check water quality and ensure production meets required standards.

* Monitor stock of raw materials, packaging materials, and other supplies.

* Maintain daily production, maintenance, and quality records.





* Identify and report equipment issues and coordinate maintenance when required.

* Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a water plant or similar production environment is preferred.

* Good knowledge of plant operations and basic machinery handling.

* Ability to supervise and manage workers.

* Basic computer and record-keeping skills.

* Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.

* Willingness to work in shifts if required.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
