About the Role
We are looking for a smart, confident and well-connected Liaison Executive to handle local coordination and liaison work in North Goa.
The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with government departments, local authorities, panchayat/municipal offices, consultants, vendors and other local stakeholders for property, villa, licensing and documentation-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle liaison and coordination with local government offices and authorities in North Goa.
- Coordinate for villa/property-related permissions, licences, renewals and documentation.
- Follow up with relevant departments for applications, approvals, NOCs and other official requirements.
- Coordinate with Panchayat, Municipality, TCP and other applicable local authorities.
- Maintain records of licences, approvals, applications and important documents.
- Draft and prepare official letters, applications and correspondence in English and the relevant local language.
- Translate or communicate official matters between English and the local language when required.
- Visit government offices and other locations personally for follow-ups and submissions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, lawyers, contractors and other professionals when required.
- Track pending applications and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding the status of approvals, licences and other matters.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain proper documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Local candidate from North Goa preferred.
- Must be able to speak the local language confidently and communicate effectively with local people and authorities.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Should be able to prepare formal letters and applications in English and, where required, in the local/regional language.
- Should be confident in dealing with government offices and local authorities.
- Good knowledge of Goa's local administrative procedures, property matters, villa licences/permissions or government documentation will be an advantage.
- Must be smart, presentable, proactive and good at follow-ups.
- Should be comfortable with regular local travel for official work.
- Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, email and document management.
Freshers Can Apply
Freshers are welcome to apply if they are smart, confident, good at communication, know the local language, and have an understanding of liaison work, government procedures, property/villa matters, licensing or documentation.
Candidates with previous experience in liaison, property, real estate, hospitality, villa management, government documentation or local authority coordination will be preferred.
