*Key Responsibilities*
*Customer Support & Telecalling* - Handle customer calls and enquiries professionally. - Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
*Document & File Management* - Verify documents and maintain records. - Organize files and ensure proper documentation.
*Social Media Handling* - Manage Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms. - Assist in creating and posting content.
*Basic Photo & Video Editing* - Perform basic editing for social media and promotional materials. - Support marketing-related creative tasks.
*Team Leadership (For Experienced Candidates)* - Guide and coordinate team members. - Monitor daily activities and ensure smooth workflow.
*Office Administration* - Support daily office operations.
- Assist in maintaining an organized and productive work environment.
*Requirements* - Diploma or Any Degree (UG / PG) -
Good communication skills in Tamil
Basic computer knowledge
Familiarity with Social Media platforms
Basic Editing Skills will be an added advantage
Teamwork, responsibility, and a positive attitude
