Role

We are looking for a YouTube Channel & Content Manager to manage and grow Finetouch Music’s YouTube presence and maximize the reach and performance of our music content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day YouTube channel operations and content publishing.
- Upload and schedule music videos, audio, lyrics videos, Shorts, teasers, and promotional content.
- Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, hashtags, thumbnails, and playlists for YouTube SEO.
- Develop content strategies around new music releases and artists.
- Monitor YouTube Analytics, views, watch time, CTR, retention, and subscriber growth.
- Track trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate with artists, video editors, designers, and marketing teams.




- Manage comments and audience engagement.
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements

- 1-2 years of experience in YouTube/content management.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube Studio, Analytics, and YouTube SEO.
- Understanding of music and digital content trends.
- Creative, analytical, and highly organized.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple releases.
- Experience with a music label or entertainment company is a plus.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
