Overview:

Responsible for investigating pricing disputes of BENELUX, arrive at resolution to pricing disputes by conducting RCA interacting with various stakeholder groups and ensure positive contribution to BNL's P&L.;

Responsibilities:

- Understanding of pricing disputes of OT and AFH customers of BNL.
- Compare pricing disputes with pricing conditions set up in SAP ECC.
- Validate the pricing disputes.
- Collaborate with stakeholder groups across GCC and BU.
- Work towards quick resolution of Pricing disputes.
- Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes.
- Reporting and analytics around pricing disputes and impact on P&L.;

Qualifications:
- Master's degree (preferred).
- Knowledge of working on SAP ECC (preferred)
- Knowledge in AP/AR Claim Processing (preferred)
- Thorough working knowledge of MS Excel
- Transformation Mindset to lead micro automations for process improvements

- Team player
- Valuable communication skills
