We are looking for Telecallers to join our Debt Recovery team.

Position: Telecaller – Debt Recovery

Experience:• Experienced candidates – Preferred• Freshers – Can Apply• Training will be provided to suitable freshers

Job Responsibilities:

- Make calls to customers regarding pending/overdue payments• Communicate professionally with customers and understand their payment concerns• Follow up with customers for payment commitments• Maintain proper call and follow-up records• Achieve assigned daily/weekly collection and calling targets• Coordinate with the team and update case status regularly• Handle customer queries professionally and politely• Follow company policies and applicable recovery guidelines





Requirements:

- Good communication skills• Hindi/Punjabi communication preferred• Basic computer knowledge• Confident and skilled speaking skills• Ability to handle customers calmly• Freshers and experienced candidates both welcome

Salary:

Salary + IncentivesAttractive incentives based on performance.

Location: SCO 3/4 Surya Enclave, Near ICICI Bank, Kharar, Mohali
