Education Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for an Education Counsellor who can guide students and working professionals in choosing the right French language course based on their goals, requirements, and career plans.

The ideal candidate should be confident, communicative, persuasive, and student-focused, with a robust interest in education and counselling.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and inquiries.
- Understand students' goals and recommend the most suitable French language course.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into course enrollments.
- Explain course structure, levels, fees, schedules, and career opportunities clearly.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain lead and admission records using CRM/Google Sheets.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the academic team for student onboarding.
- Participate in seminars, workshops, school/college outreach, and promotional activities when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in education counselling, sales, admissions,



tele-calling, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with students and parents over phone and in person.
- Strong persuasion, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets, CRM, WhatsApp, and MS Office.
- Ability to work towards targets and handle multiple leads.
- Prior experience in a language institute, coaching institute, ed-tech, or education sector will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of French is a plus but not mandatory.

Compensation

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month + Incentives
Salary will depend on experience and interview performance.
