Job Purpose:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Lab Tinter to join our manufacturing facility in Sonipat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for precise colour matching and preparing paint samples in small to medium batch quantities (20 Litres, 30 Litres, and 50 Litres) according to standard formulations and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Colour Matching: Perform accurate manual and machine tinting to match shade samples provided by clients or the QC team.
- Batch Preparation: Prepare experimental and approval samples accurately in quantities of 20L, 30L, and 50L.
- Testing & Quality Control: Check batches for shade accuracy, hiding power, and consistency against standard panels.
- Lab Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness of tinting machines, dispensers, and laboratory equipment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain precise data logs of formulas, trial corrections, and final approved recipes for production scaling.





Requirements and Qualifications:

- Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience as a Tinter / Colour Matcher in a paint manufacturing lab or factory environment.
- Technical Skills: Solid visual color perception (must pass color blindness test if required) and experience using tinting software/spectrophotometers.
- Knowledge: Sound understanding of base paints, colorants, pigments, and their chemical behaviors.
- Education: ITI, Diploma in Chemical/Paint Technology, or a relevant graduate degree is preferred (equivalent practical experience will also be highly valued).

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
