The role focuses on research content acquisition, author outreach, editorial coordination, and journal development in the field of polymer and composite materials.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage JOPC journal development activities and maintain a quality manuscript pipeline.

· Identify and communicate with researchers, professors, scientists, and industry experts in polymer and composite materials.

· Commission research articles, review papers, and technical manuscripts.

· Coordinate authors, editors, reviewers, and publication teams during the peer-review workflow.

· Develop editorial board and reviewer networks.





· Maintain academic databases, manuscript records, reports, and publication documentation.

Required Qualifications

Master’s degree in Polymer Science & Technology, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering, Composite Materials, Chemical Engineering, Nanotechnology, or related disciplines.

Candidates with M.Sc., M.Tech., M.E., research projects, or publications in polymers, composites, or advanced materials will be preferred.

· Understanding of polymer and composite materials research.

· Ability to understand scientific manuscripts and literature.

· Academic researcher outreach and stakeholder communication.

· Scientific writing, database management, and documentation skills.

· Strong communication and coordination abilities.
