Profile: CA (Banking)

Experience:

1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably post-qualification Experience in Banking, Financial Institutions, Corporate Finance, FP&A;, or CA Firm Candidates with experience in banking documentation, financial analysis, or dealing with banks will be preferred Job Responsibilities

1. Banking & Financial Coordination

Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for various banking requirements. Manage communication and documentation with banking partners. Support management in banking-related discussions and financial matters. 2. Credit & Financial Analysis

Analyze financial statements, balance sheets, P&L;, and cash flows. Evaluate financial health, creditworthiness, and repayment capacity. Prepare financial analysis and reports for management and banking requirements. 3. Loan & Banking Documentation

Assist in processing term loans, working capital facilities, and other banking facilities. Prepare and review CMA data, financial projections, loan documents, and supporting information. Coordinate with banks for sanction, renewal, and documentation requirements. 4. Financial Planning & Analysis





Prepare financial projections, budgets, and cash flow forecasts. Analyze actual performance against budgets and identify variances. Provide financial insights to support business decisions. 5. MIS & Management Reporting

Prepare regular financial and banking MIS reports. Track loans, interest costs, repayments, limits, and banking exposure. Present financial information and analysis to management. 6. Compliance & Audit

Ensure compliance with applicable financial, banking, and statutory requirements. Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal teams. Support statutory and financial audits and maintain required documentation. 7. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Monitor cash flows, fund requirements, and banking transactions. Assist in managing working capital and liquidity requirements. Coordinate with banks for fund transfers and other treasury-related activities.

Qualifications:

Chartered Accountant (CA) - Mandatory Solid understanding of banking, finance, accounting, and financial analysis
