JOB DESCRIPTION:

· Customer compliant handling and warranty issue handling

· Analyzing the Customer Complaint and Warranty Complaints.

· Conducting weekly CFT Meetings.

· Conducting supplier assessment audit for supplier selection & Conducting Periodic supplier audits.

· Supplier PPAP verification and approval based on supplier process & system audit performance, Conducting Supplier evaluation based on supplier process audit, and System audit as per the plan, Supplier development according to customer requirement.

· Adapt to improve the quality level by using the latest Quality techniques such as 7 QC Tools, PPAP, PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans, G8D Analysis, Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA)

· Capable of using Measuring instruments like Microscope,



Profile Projector, VMM, Micro height

· Conducting periodic Process audit and Product audit

· Periodic Supplier Revalidations and Layout inspection

· Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective action for customer complaints & supplier complaints.

· Preparation of weekly reports

· Preparation of PFD, Control Plan, PFMEA for all the current products.

Maintaining the IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:2015 and EN 15082-2:2020

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
