Working Days: 6 Days (Monday – Saturday)

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Generalist to independently manage the complete HR function of our real estate business. The candidate will be responsible for handling all HR activities end-to-end, establishing HR processes, and ensuring smooth employee and organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle, including joining formalities, documentation, probation, confirmation, and exit processes.
- Manage attendance, leave records, payroll coordination, salary inputs, incentives, and full and final settlements.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee records.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.




- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, performance management, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with management and department heads for manpower planning, hiring, and employee-related matters.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain employee databases, and establish efficient HR systems and processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Experience in independently managing end-to-end HR operations with minimal supervision.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll coordination, employee relations, and HR compliance.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR-related tools.

Ideal Candidate: A self-driven HR skilled capable of independently managing all HR functions, taking complete ownership, and building a structured HR department from the ground up.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
