About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Pharma Sales Coordinator to support our sales team, coordinate with clients and distributors, and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with the sales team, distributors, stockists, and customers.
- Handle sales orders, quotations, invoices, and dispatch-related coordination.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer databases, and order status.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and product requirements.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, purchase, and accounts teams for timely order processing.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track pending orders, deliveries, and stock availability.
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation related to sales and customer transactions.
- Coordinate with field sales executives regarding their daily activities and requirements.
- Support management with sales data, MIS reports,



and other assigned tasks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; B.Com, BBA, or Pharma-related qualification will be preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales coordination, sales support, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and basic computer operations.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical products and distribution channels will be an advantage.

Working Days & Timing

Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: :10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
